Additions to Esther

7 chapters from the King James Version Apocrypha (1611), with narrated audio for every chapter.

The Additions to Esther are six passages found in the Greek version of Esther but not in the Hebrew: Mordecai's dream, the royal edicts, the prayers of Mordecai and Esther, and Esther's approach to the king. They bring God's name into a book that otherwise never mentions it. The 1611 King James Bible printed them in the Apocrypha as The Rest of Esther.
